Spicy olive tapenade

Uber-easy and infinitely delicious. You can serve this simply with crackers or grill or toast some great bread

Ingredients
1 lb oil-cured black olives, pitted
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, quartered
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
2 garlic cloves, smashed
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
Put all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal chopping blade. Pulse until thoroughly chopped and combined. Scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle with additional extra virgin olive oil. Serve with crackers.

I have used these for my son’s halloween party.

Plastic glove – no powder
popcorn – popped of coarse
candy corn

Place a candy corn in each finger (for the finger nail). Fill with popcorn and seal with a knot at the wrist of the glove to close. People can take them to go or eat them straight from the glove.

Will the Nuggets beat the Lakers with their offense or defense? The Nuggets is an offensive minded team and that’s just play right into the Lakers hand. The Lakers if a great offensive team, to beat the Lakers you got to bring a defensive minded team and the Nuggets is not a defensive team, so there for the Nuggets is at a disadvantage. What your thought on this match up?

I’m not sure about the answer here…

because there’s no way the Nuggets can beat the Lakers in a 7 games series.!!!!

Hi
This time the main event is held in July but the final table will be in November. Why is this?
http://www.worldseriesofpoker.com/tourne y/tourneydetails.asp?groupID=607

If you go towards the end of the page, you will see the schedule.
It is just too irritating to wait for 3 months to see the final table.
Has it always been like this? I just started following poker. That is why I am asking all this.
Thanks in advance.

Last year was the first year the pushed the final table late. More people watch TV in the winter then in the summer, so it does higher TV ratings and they can get more money from the TV broadcasts.

I use Ares and Emule, i find them much better than limewire.
You can also use sites like Mininova, Piratebay, BTjukie. Ect , ect.
But you need to download a Bittorrent like VUSE or UTORRENT with those 3 sites. But well worth it Less virus and spyware than Limewire.
But if you don;t want to download a Bittorrent.
Just use Ares or Emule. I find them really good

How about giving the auto workers jobs on Wall Street? Wouldn’t that take care of the unemployment rate that will skyrocket when the Big Three collapse?

Hardly everyone is okay with bailing out Wall Street. I’m not. The economic losses experienced by both industries is an indication to society that they are not making effective uses of scarce resources. Allocating resources from one failed industry to another would hardly help matters.

Allowing companies in both industries to fail would be painful. There would be some transitional time as the laid-off workers figured out what to do, including (probably) seeking new training. Without a doubt, after things had settled down, some of them would go back to making cars while others would work in investment banking [1].

The Wall Street bail out has received more wide spread support because those firms could possibly take down the entire financial system. Without a doubt, the pain associated with failure of the financial system would be far reaching. Rather than bailouts, I wish that there was talk about reforming the system. While I certainly have my ideas, I will resist the urge to go on the tangent. Let’s just leave it that the people who most influence government are not interested in seeing broad reform. Their interests are met in the bail outs.

No, they’re rogues and thieves and everyone knows it.
JazzMan | Feb 16, 2009

NO BAILOUTS PERIOD
TEH TYME KITTEH =^..^= | Feb 16, 2009

What’s this "everyone" talk? I’m completely against government involvement in private industry.

That’s why I can’t get mad at wall street executives for using my money to go on vacation; congress shouldn’t have given them my money to begin with.
DOOM | Feb 16, 2009

No private business should be given a government bail out. Of course, since big business runs this country, I’m not sure why anyone is surprised when Wall Street got a bail out……

THE ENEMY
BY
ed-mike mertell

I read about them in the newspapers. I saw and heard about them on the radio and T.V.. The Russians; how they wanted to take over the world, how they wanted to destroy my country with nuclear bombs, how they were against freedom, God, and democracy. So, I feared them, and soon I hated them. I knew in my heart it was either them or me. I joined the army, so that one day I might be able to conquer, and or kill the enemy.
Then the wall in Berlin fell, and the Soviet Union disintegrated. I met a Russian in school and I talked to him and him to me. He told me of his life in his distant land. I came to understand that he was just a man. Not all good, but not all bad, he was just a man like me. He loved his God and his family. I realized that this man although from a very different country than me, this Russian was still my brother, not my enemy.
I read about them in the newspapers. I saw and heard about them on the radio and the T.V.. The poor; they were rioting in Las Angeles. They smoked crack and were shiftless and lazy. They robbed good hard working people, and lived off the government for free. So, I feared them, and soon I hated them. I knew in my heart it was either them or me. I bought a gun, so if confronted I could conquer, and or kill the enemy.
Then one day I lost my job, and soon after I lost my car. Waiting for a bus one morning I met a poor man, and I talk to him and him to me. He told me of his life which was filled with mishaps and tragedy. I came to understand that he was just a man. Not all good, but not all bad, he was just a man like me. He loved his God and his family. I realized that this man although far less fortunate than even me, this poor man was still my brother, not my enemy.
I heard a man speak from a soap box in the park. He said,

Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid
